Why write a book about DUI Arrest Myths?

Hello Everyone

When your arrested for a DUI/DWI for the first time it can be a scary situation. Even if it has been a second offense the process can be very intimidating. You have so many questions and concerns about the process and want answers. I have Coauthored with Robert Battle, the Hampton Roads/Virginia Beach Edition of the “DUI/DWI Arrest Survival Guide – The Guilt Myth” to provide some answers and insights on the DUI process. The book will answer most questions you may have, it will not answer every question. Each case is very unique and there are many variables and this is why its important to get legal counsel that is knowledgeable in all aspects of DUI Defense. Over the next few weeks and months I will break the book down in this blog and expand on some of the information covered in the 15 Chapters and 122 pages. The chapters cover the following topics:

Fact vs. Fiction – The Truth About DUI
